Effective September 14, 2025 – October 5, 2025, all Wake Forest users will need to log in to iLab using a new method as we transition to our WorkDay integration.

Do NOT register for a new iLab account.
You will need to reset or create a new iLab password to access your existing account.

Text Messaging Core

Overview of Services

The Text Messaging Core (TMC), previously known as the Digital Communication (DComm) Core, is a shared resource that fulfills the high demand for a HIPAA-compliant, text messaging and interactive voice response (IVR) option for research needs. TMC is administered by the Center for Healthcare Innovation and supported by Wake Forest Baptist Health and the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
