Over the weekend, there was a change to how Wake Forest users log into their iLab accounts. We are aware that some users are experiencing login issues this morning and are working urgently to resolve the problem.

What you can do:

• Please follow the instructions in the attached document to reset your iLab password and regain access.
• If you continue to experience issues after following the instructions, please email Agilent - iLab Support at ilab-support@agilent.com for assistance.

• Select “Login using iLab credentials” and click “Reset Password.”
• Enter your email address (Wake Forest email before 9/14/2025, Advocate Health email after 9/14/2025).
• Follow the prompts to reset your password.
